GI Show – Deus Ex, Titanfall 2, Worms Interview

This week on The Game Informer Show, I’m joined by Andrew Reiner, Elise Favis, and Matt Bertz to break down the biggest gaming discussions of the week. Andrew Reiner explains why he was a little let down by the new Deus Ex, Matt Bertz shares his thoughts and the community feedback toward Titanfall 2’s public tech test, and Elise Favis recounts her most impactful hands-on previews over in Germany at Gamescom.

After a little discussion about the review of Madden 17, the ongoing insanity of Pokémon Go, and some great community emails, the back half of the show is dominated by Team17 and the Worms franchise. We’re joined by Team17 creative director Kevin Carthew to talk about the recently released Worms WMD, the glory of Worms Armageddon, and how the hell the studio has kept the series alive for decades.

You can watch the video below, subscribe and listen to the audio on iTunes or Google Play, or listen to episode 313 on SoundCloud. Also, be sure to send your questions to podcast@gameinformer.com for a chance to have them answered on the show and win a prize by becoming Email of the Week!
